Position Summary

 The Assistant Manager - IT Applications is an experienced analyst who will work to support HCT’s effort to maintain and enhance the core business applications, effectively and efficiently applying technological and business solutions. S/he will act as a functional expert to support the business processes. S/he will be responsible for providing functional and technical support; data-based insights and recommendations to help optimize HCT IT ecosystem. S/he will manage and support enterprise applications, throughout the system life cycle. To identify and carry out system requirements, training, and support. To work with other teams as necessary to identify implementation requirements.

Requirements

 • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Computer Science,         Computer Engineering, Management Information System, or related fields.
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a leading role.
• Full English proficiency is required. Arabic is a plus.
• Advanced computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, Ellucian Banner, Database         concepts, Web Technologies concepts.
• Advanced understanding in the area of technology and applications.
• Minimum of three years of Banner SIS experience.
• Minimum of three years with database management, and SQL experience.
