The HCT Academy for Developing Emirati Faculty (HADEF) program prepares UAE Nationals to become HCT faculty members and contribute to the success of our students and graduates. The HADEF initiative will become the paramount higher education, professional development program in the UAE, producing highly skilled Emirati faculty who will have the knowledge, skills and competencies that will enable them to develop further, and possess the potential to assume roles at all levels of higher education in HCT and the UAE.

If you are a new candidate : If you do not have an account with Higher Colleges of Technology please register here. This will begin the process of creating a candidate profile with HCT. Once your profile is completed you will be able to apply for HADEF Program.
