Position Summary

 The specialist - Workforce Planning is responsible for the proper allocation of resources across HCT by determining current and future talent needs in order to meet the strategic objectives of HCT and business requirements of functions and campuses. 


·         Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration.

·         Full English proficiency is required.

  • intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. Ms Office, Ms, Project, Banner. 
  • Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with a focus on workforce planning.
