Position Summary

 UAE nationals are encouraged to apply. 

  • To plan the processing of HCT’s purchasing process, purchase orders (POs) and transactions.
  • To develop and implement procurement framework and plans in close coordination with the Director – Procurement & Contracts and concerned stakeholders to enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of procured products/services for HCT and in conformity with relevant Cabinet resolution, HCT’s policies, procedures and processes

 

Requirements

  Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce.
  • Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
  •  Computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, ERP (Procurement Management System

Experience:

• Minimum of eight years of work experience in Procurement and Contracts with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
