Position Summary

 To provide the timely and accurate processing of purchasing orders and procurement transactions for central functions and all campuses across HCT. He/she will maintain efficiency in the procurement process and develop reliable relationships with the existing and potential suppliers.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  •  Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Supply Chain Management,Business Administration.
  • CIPS, Professional certification in purchasing, procurement or supply chain is preferred.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, ERP (Procurement Management system).

 

Experience 

  •   Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in Procurement and Contracts or any relevant field.
