Position Summary

The Specialist - Quality Standards is responsible to support with the dissemination of a culture of quality across HCT Central Services and campuses. He/she will support with the development of internal policies, procedures and processes to meet local and international quality standards and requirements. 

Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in Organisational Excellence or relevant field.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Quality Management.
  • Minimum of one internationally recognised Quality certifications e.g. Six Sigma, ISO
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
