Position Summary

HCT’s Director - Communications is responsible for leading HCT’s internal and external communications based on HCT’s stakeholder segmentation, putting on top students, faculties and partners. He/she oversees HCT’s brand management, public relations and marketing verticals as well as HCT internal communications across functions and campuses. 



  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Business, Communications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Communications with at least four years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Minimum of one internationally recognised Communications certification e.g. CMP.
  • Full English and Arabic proficiency are required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible in working hours.
