To lead the audit of HCT's IT practices, infrastructure, systems, and applications and to review their compliance with HCT and government standards. He/ she manages IT audits to determine potential areas of IT mismanagement. fraud, inefficiencies, and control gaps in all HCT's operations involving IT. The incumbent also helps HCT accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of IT controls and in reducing the risks of non-compliance. He/ she is also responsible for managing the IT audit team (including Senior Specialists. Specialists and Internal Auditors), reviewing their work and providing guidance. 

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Business Management, Accounting and IT.
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience in IT Internal Audit field.
• Minimum Of one international recognized Internal Audit certification e.g. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Audit certification (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
• Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
• Advanced computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, Banner.
