Position Summary

Specialist – Recruitment is responsible to facilitate the sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for assigned vacancy portfolio as part of the overall management of the recruitment process according to HCT’s recruitment plans and sourcing approach, and with the aim to recruit the right competencies to the right jobs within HCT in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, MS Project, Banner.
