Position Summary

 Create the driver for HCT to achieve a significance of customer happiness and wellbeing.
 Develop agile and resilience service model.
 Achieve efficiency in services’ processes and resources’ optimization.
 Create future scenarios based on leveraged data guided by market trends.
 Maintain services’ data consistency.
 Develop dynamic customer journey provide seamless experience.
 Develop and apply high-quality service standards.
 Enhance service delivery approach and reflect HCT leading maturity level.
 Ensure full compliance with the UAE Government strategy for services.

The overall impact of all the above outcomes is achieving a distinctive and leading competitive advantage for HCT among the Government entities in GSRSS, Smart Government and E-transformation, Student happiness and wellbeing, Unified Digital Platform and MBR-GEA, which lead to improve HCT global position.
 

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g: (business administration, industrial Engineering, Business information system)
• Full English and Arabic proficiency is required.
• Advanced computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, ERP and CRM.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience in service development and dealing with customers with at least two years of experience in a managerial role.
