Position Summary

The Student Records Coordinator (CERT Sponsored Programs and Students) is directly accountable to the System Registrar for the implementation and supervision of HCT policies and procedures as they relate to ensuring that HCT credentials are accurately awarded in a timely manner. The position holder assists the System Registrar to ensure the effective coordination, monitoring, supervision, and continuous improvement of operational graduation procedures at Central Academic Services (Registry). The Coordinator contributes to institutional research processes in order to facilitate continuous improvement and increased student success throughout the HCT system. The incumbent provides academic support services to colleges to ensure the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of student academic records.


In support of Emiratization, HCT may exercise flexibility with the experience or education requirement in order to recruit UAE National candidates who show potential for success in the role.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline such as (Business, Student Affairs, Higher Education, or Administrative Leadership) is preferred.
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in a tertiary educational setting in at least three of the following areas: Admissions, Student Registration, Student Records, Graduation, and/or Institutional Research
  • Proficiency in the use of the Banner or an equivalent student record system is required
  • The ability to deal professionally with matters of a confidential or sensitive nature
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
  • Knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not a requirement
