Position Summary

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of HCT training programs for clerical, technical and supervisory staff. This position supports the success of HCT's Emiratization drive by providing training and development opportunities to National employees in line with their professional development needs.

Requirements

In support of Emiratization, HCT may exercise flexibility with the experience or education requirement in order to recruit UAE National candidates who show potential for success in the role.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or other related field is required
  • A minimum 4 years of progressive relevant work experience in human resources, personnel or administration
  • Training background highly preferred; experience in training design and delivery, proficient in technology presentation programs and databases
  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal direction
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is essential
