Position Summary

 To plan, organise, conduct and manage operational audits of various processes and functions across HCT and to support HCT to accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of compliance controls to reduce the risks of non-compliance. The incumbent shall also be responsible to oversee financial auditing across HCT and to provide recommendations for enhancements of operating controls, processes and practices to ensure they are efficient, effective (operational and cost effectiveness), current, adequate, and in compliance with HCT standards, government regulations and intemational best practices.

Requirements

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting.
*Minimum of one internationally recognised Internal Audit certification e.g. Certified Internal Audit certification (CIA).
* Full English proficiency is required.
* Proficiency in Arabic (reading & writing) is preferred (but not mandatory).
* Advanced computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
