The Senior Specialist – Instruction is responsible for supporting in the development, coordination and delivery of professional development programmes and activities for all HCT faculty in the area of instruction. He /she ensures that all trainees (faculty) are receiving the correct training, experience and mentorship to adequately teach students and meet the needs of HCT.

* Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Electrical and Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Educational Technologies, Education, Applied Learning.

* Full English proficiency is required.

* Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, Blackboard. PD Portal.

* Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in Instruction with a focus on instructional pedagogy.
