Senior Specialist – Knowledge Management is responsible for identifying, managing, structuring and sharing organisational knowledge and implementation of knowledge management practices and tools as per knowledge management policy. Senior specialist should also be able to analyse data and information to enable better decision making. He/she is responsible to develop key metrics, dashboard and reports for stakeholders and maintain datasets and knowledge assets as per requirements.
