Position Summary

The Officer - Inventory Management is responsible for handling the assets life cycle as well as keeping track of inventory record of goods, materials and supplies.

He/She oversees the delivery of materials, the storages, stock levels and their replenishments across HCT a d its campuses.

  • Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in asset and Inventory Management with proven ability to manage a set of processes.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management.
  • Full English proficiency is required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
  • Experience with asset and inventory management system (SAP ,Oracle or equivalent )
