Operational

• Develop and maintain relationships with students
• Schedule appointments with students in need as and when needed
• Provide counselling for students on personal matters; this includes, but is not limited to, stress, anxiety, depression and eating disorders
• Support students to cope with personal issues in a timely, effective and efficient manner
• Refer students to appropriate campus resources for assistance as and when needed (e.g. Academic Advisor, Career Coach, etc.).

Qualification:

• Minimum of a Bachelo's Degree in a relevant fielf is required e.g.Psychology.
  
• Full English proficiency is required
• Basic computer literacy is required e.g. MS office.
