The Senior Specialist – Faculty Development plays a key role in enhancing faculty performance, engagement, and continuous professional growth through the design and implementation of targeted faculty development initiatives. The role contributes to strengthening teaching excellence, research capacity, and leadership development across the academic community. Working closely with academic departments, HR, and institutional leaders, the incumbent ensures that development programs align with institutional strategy, accreditation standards, and global best practices in higher education

Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Education, Business Administration, or HR Management • Master’s degree in Higher Education, Education Leadership, Organizational Development is preferred. • Professional certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Faculty Development (e.g., ATD, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage
Experience
• Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in faculty affairs, professional development learning design or a related academic administration role • Proven track record in developing and coordinating academic or professional learning programs • Experience with learning management systems, digital learning tools, and data-driven program evaluation
