Position Summary

 To support the admissions function by assisting in the processing of student applications, handling enquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with admission policies. The role focuses on operational execution, providing administrative and coordination support to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the processing of student applications for various programs in line with established admission criteria and policies.
  • Verify application documents, including academic qualifications and supporting materials, ensuring completeness and authenticity.
  • Accurately enter and maintain applicant data in the Student Information System (SIS) in compliance with institutional standards.
  • Assist in responding to enquiries from prospective students, parents, and stakeholders via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide support during recruitment activities such as Open Days, school visits, and education fairs.
  • Assist in preparing admission-related reports and maintaining records as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of admission records for audit and compliance purposes, and Coordinate with internal departments to support the admissions process and ensure required documentation is obtained.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines when handling applications and student information.
  • Support fee classification checks and basic verification processes under supervision, and Escalate complex cases or discrepancies to the Specialist – Admission.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies, including data protection, health and safety, and equal opportunity guidelines.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor and as per business needs.
Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, e.g. Business Administration.
  • Full English proficiency is required. Arabic proficiency is desirable.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required, e.g. MS Office, Banner
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in admissions, customer service, or administrative roles..
  • Exposure to Student Information Systems (SIS) or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of database systems or reporting tools is desirable.
