To provide effective instruction and assessment to Mechanical / Mechatronics Diploma level courses and to maintain HCT laboratories and workshops. The scope of work includes lecture delivery, the installation, demonstration, maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment and facilities. This is a combined instruction and hands-on role which will have the Instructor deliver lectures and work closely with the Faculty and students in laboratories and workshops. In addition to the delivery of instructions and assessments, the Engineering Instructor set up the laboratory in preparation for experiments, and maintain supplies and documentation.  

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Industrial experience, in the relevant engineering field.
• Previous short span teaching experience is desirable.  

•  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Membership to a relevant internationally recognized professional association is desirable.
• Training certificates or diplomas in workshop practices is desirable.
• First Aid qualification is desirable.
• A completed apprenticeship leading to certification in a professional trade would be advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Industrial experience, in the relevant engineering field.
• English proficiency is essential and Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Advanced computer literacy is required to integrate technology in the workplace.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Previous short span teaching experience is desirable.
