Position Summary
  1.  Manage the implementation of student orientation programs within the campus with the aim to familiarise new students with the campus and to enable students, faculty and staff to meet in close collaboration with Student Affairs.
  2. Manage the implementation of high school students’ recruitment programs within the campus and off the campus with the aim to promote for HCT programs and facilities in close collaboration with Student Affairs.
  3. Establish multiple levels of interaction and engagement across students, parents, industry, and strategic partners in close collaboration with Student Affairs.
  4. Enable active student life and vibrant student interaction with peers.
  5. Manage the communication of student tools including, but not limited to, student handbooks, activities guidelines, etc.
  6. Monitor the implementation of student programmes and events at the community level including, but not limited to, volunteering activities, sports events, etc.
  7. Support students with meeting the requested community services hours.

  9. Coordinate special events at the campus level.
  10. Manage the implementation of student counselling guidelines and development programs to help student in their overall experience.
  11. Support students with major counselling issues as and when needed.
  12. Oversee the connections with industry and local communities to involve students with the community activities.
  13. Provide support and guidance to the Student Council and other student groups/clubs as and when needed.
  14. Oversee the effective and efficient collaboration between Student Life and Student Affairs Central Services to provide data in a timely and accurate manner for consolidation purposes.
  15. Monitor the effective and efficient transportation arrangement of commuting students and/or for field trips related to the campus.
  16. Support with the development and analysis of system-wide student surveys to identify room for improvement.
  17. Manage the online activities to meet the requests by Student Affairs Central Services.
  18. Communicate the annual Student Life proposed budget in a timely manner in collaboration with Student Affairs Central Services.
  19. Communicate the annual Student Life calendar in a timely manner in collaboration with Student Affairs Central Services.
  20. Any other tasks as assigned by the Director to meet business needs.
