The Organisational Excellence Director is responsible for managing and directing the optimisation of HCT’s systems, performance and services while preparing for attainment of government excellence awards and maintaining HCT’s position for continuous improvement. He/she will oversee the development and execution of quality policies, procedures and processes and institutional research activities.

•Minimum of Master’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Organizational Development •Minimum of one internationally recognized Assessment certification. •Full English and Arabic proficiency are required. •Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office. •Minimum of 10 years of work experience in Organizational Excellence with at least four years of experience in a managerial role.
