Faculty provide effective instruction in undergraduate courses in respective discipline, covering regular program courses including capstone projects, work experience, and senior level specialized courses. Involvement in applied research and extra-curricular events at the College and within the community and outreach activities are welcomed.

  QUALIFICATION

• PhD,Master's or  Bachelor Degree relevant to the discipline

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Currently serving in an industrial position
• At least 5 years of relevant industrial experience in an area relevant to the program he/she is serving
• Specialist knowledge and proven ability to operate discipline-specific software and equipment
• Evidence of a personal professional development plan with a membership to an internationally recognized professional association is preferred
• Effective presentation skills, both theoretical and practical
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
• A high degree of computer literacy and demonstrated ability to integrate technology into the learning environment and teaching methodology
• Current knowledge of industry practices, trends and issues
• Demonstrated ability to function as a team player within a multi-cultural work environment
