Position Summary

 The Senior Officer – Employee Relations is responsible to provide employee services and run an error free data administration processes. He/she is also responsible to provide support to employees with the aim to enhance the working environment and promote a positive culture within HCT.

Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of work experience in Human Resources or any relevant field.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration is required.
  • Full English and Arabic proficiency are required.
  • Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office, MS Project, Banner.
