The Senior Manager - Legal Advisory is responsible for supporting the Director - General Counsel in providing legal advice and guidance to functions and campuses as well as all relevant stakeholders on a broad range of matters including regulatory compliance, employment, contracts, and liability and insurance, to ensure the maximum legal protection of HCT and to maintain operations within the limits prescribed by the law. He/she also represents HCT on legal issues and disputes and is responsible for drafting legal and contractual documents.

 • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Law.

• A valid UAE Bar Association membership/registration OR a Bar License and Qualification for practice of legal profession from a recognised legal jurisdiction is required.

• Full English and Arabic proficiency are required.

• Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
