In support of Emiratization, HCT may exercise flexibility with the experience or education requirement in order to recruit UAE National candidates who show potential for success in the role.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline is required
A Master's Degree in a relevant discipline is desirable
* A minimum 3 years of experience in an education technology role, preferably within higher education
Previous work experience in an eLearning training and/or multimedia development environment
Demonstrated experience in the administration of a Learning Management System (LMS); experience with Blackboard Learn is desirable
Knowledge of eLearning standards, such as SCORM
Experience working with web authoring, animation and graphics tools such as Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, and Photoshop
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
Well-developed organizational skills
The ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multi-cultural environment and to cope with pressure in a positive manner while working to deadlines within a busy and demanding environment
A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
