To plan, deliver and monitor a variety of sports and fitness activities to college level students. The activities will aim to provide increased opportunities to retain young people in sport. To deliver PD to college staff and organize competitive opportunities within the higher education institutes. To tutor, mentor and deploy sports leaders.

In support of Emiratization, HCT may exercise flexibility with the experience or education requirement in order to recruit UAE National candidates who show potential for success in the role.

• A level 2 (club coach) qualification or equivalent in a team sport recognized by the national governing body.
• A current First Aid Qualification (or ability to obtain one)
• Pool lifeguard Qualification (or ability to obtain one)
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience of sports coaching: establishing, delivering and coordinating coaching programs for young people - preferably within an educational institution.
• Experience of organizing sports competitions
• Written and spoken English is desirable. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is essential
