The Facilities Officer oversees the maintenance of all current college facilities and is actively involved in the planning, design and construction of new facilities and retrofit projects. The incumbent actively participates in the RFP process and monitors onsite construction projects to ensure end user satisfaction, quality control, and compliance with contract requirements. The Facilities Officer closely monitors college facilities to schedule maintenance and to spot and correct facility deficiencies within the warranty period. This role plays a pivotal role in ensuring that campus facilities are in compliance with safety codes and with internal security and safety protocol.
