The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to a member of the HCT management team with core responsibilities consisting of: calendar management; coordinating travel arrangements; and preparing various forms of communications. The incumbent receives and prioritizes all incoming correspondence and works with relevant stakeholders to ensure that issues are investigated fully and brought to successful resolution. In this role, the incumbent is expected to deal with items of a confidential nature and to interact appropriately at all levels of the organization and with VIPs visiting the HCT.
