Position Summary

The Performance Management Coordinator is responsible for the administration, organization, and coordination of HCT performance management programs to ensure employee understanding of performance measures, job expectations, clarity of goals and objectives and performance results. This role supports the initiatives towards the success of HCT's Emiratization drive and assists in ensuring that development needs of National staff are met.

 

Requirements

In support of Emiratization, HCT may exercise flexibility with the experience or education requirement in order to recruit UAE National candidates who show potential for success in the role.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or other related field is required
  • A minimum 5 years of progressive relevant work experience in human resources, personnel or administration
  • Previous leadership and performance management experience with teams is desirable
  • Experience with data collection tools
  • Working knowledge of online systems such as Business Intelligence (BI) and Scorecard
  • Ability to generate and analyze various performance metrics using Excel and other reporting tools
  • Able to perform duties with minimal work direction
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English is essential
