The Application Support Specialist works within the Enterprise Systems Support team and plays a key role in requirement analysis, documentation, testing, training implementation and support of in-house applications and enterprise wide application suites. The incumbent provides the support from a systems perspective to all concerned teams. The Application Support Specialist identifies and resolves support issues for all applications and serves as a trainer on all associated modules across HCT.
